Intro To Photography Course Overview
Photography is one of the greatest endeavors that one can pursue. This online crash course is designed to give you the skills you need to capture incredible images with your camera. The intro to photography course is designed for beginners and intermediate photographers who'd like to expand their skillset. Everything will be covered in this course from camera settings to composition. All participants will receive an Intro To Photography guide that covers all of the topics that are discussed during the course.
The course will last about two hours and participants are encouraged to ask questions throughout it. In order to keep the presentation moving, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

Photography Topics
A wide variety of topics will be covered during the intro to photography course. The idea is to give you everything you need to become a better photographer. The topics that will be discussed are listed below.
File Formats: Learn the difference between Raw & JPEG file types and which one you should use.
Shooting Modes: Learn the difference between shutter priority, aperture priority, manual and bulb shooting modes.
Exposure: Learn about exposure and how to manage it.
Calculating Exposure: Learn how camera settings effect exposure and how to adjust them to maintain a consistent exposure.
The Histogram: Learn what a histogram is and how to utilize in while shooting.
Lenses & Focal Length: Learn how different lenses affect the final image with visual examples of wide, medium and telephoto lenses.

Focus: Learn the difference between manual and autofocus and when to use each one
Depth of Field: Learn how camera settings and lenses affect depth of field
White Balance: Discover what white balance is and how it affect your images
Filters: Learn about a wide variety of filters including Polarizers, ND filters and UV Filters
Shooting Scenarios: Find out what settings are the best for a variety of shooting scenarios
Composition: Learn some of the most important practices when composing a shot
About Your Instructor
My name is Mike Wardynski and I'll be your instructor for the Intro To Photography course. I've been practicing photography for over twenty years and I love sharing my passion of the craft with others. I'm a full time landscape and wildlife photographer based out of Santa Fe New Mexico & Oakland California. I lead photography workshops around the world and sell limited edition prints to a global audience.
