● By attending any Wardynski Photo LLC workshop, you agree to hold Mike Wardynski, Wardynski Photo LLC, as well as any of its employees and contractors harmless for all personal injury or loss that may occur during or in connection with any trip you or your party books. You are responsible for your own safety throughout the duration of the workshop. Do not push your physical abilities past what you are healthy enough to do. You are in charge of deciding if a location is safe for you to travel to.

● All participants must sign an acknowledgment of risks document before participating in the workshop. Failure to do so, will cause you to forfeit your space on the trip without refund.

● Wardynski Photo reserves the right to reschedule any workshop due to weather, group safety, illness and any other unforeseeable circumstance.

● You must make your full payment no latter than 120 days before the first day of the workshop. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your space without refund or any other compensation.

● Wardynski Photo cannot be held responsible for any data loss that occurs before, during or after the workshop.

● Wardynski Photo reserves the right for any of its trip leaders to expel any workshop participant from a trip if the guide deems the participant is unfit, unruly, intoxicated or for any other reason that could affect the well-being of the individual or group. No refunds or compensation will be given in the event of expulsion. Expelled participants will be responsible for their own transportation and lodging immediately after expulsion.

● All workshop itineraries are for example purposes only. The actual workshop itinerary may be different than what is posted on the website. Specific workshop activities are not guaranteed and may have to be canceled due to weather, group safety, third part cancellations and other unforeseeable circumstances.

● Wardynski Photo LLC, cannot be held liable for injury, accident or death resulting from participating in third party activities relating to a workshop. Examples of third parties include but are not limited to safaris, tours and hired transportation of any kind including helicopters, airplanes and boats.

● By signing up or purchasing any Wardynski Photo LLC Workshop or service, you grant permission to Wardynski Photo LLC to send promotional emails to the email that you used at the time of booking. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

● All participants are responsible for reading the workshop cancellation policy of each workshop that they are interested in before booking. Cancellation policies are unique to each trip.

● While highly unlikely, Wardynski Photo reserves the right to bring in a substitute guide or cancel any workshop without prior notice if needed. Travel insurance as well as insurance for your photo gear are both highly recommended. Wardynski Photo holds no responsibility to reimburse you for lost expenses relating to the purchase of this workshop including the cost of admission in the event that the workshop needs be canceled or rescheduled.
