My Gitzo really does not like getting wet and I have had at least 54 of the rubber grips come off.

L Bracket for Canon R5/R6 This L Bracket is designed for the R5 and R6 but it will probably work for the R5ii as long as they don't make any major changes to the side of the camera body. It can take quite a long time for L-brackets to come out for new camera models.
